7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, all sales are generally final. MedGen Peptides generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped when product handling, storage, or integrity can no longer be verified.

A refund, replacement, or other resolution may be considered by MedGen Peptides in qualifying circumstances including:

• Incorrect products received.
• Products damaged during shipment.
• Missing products from a confirmed order.
• Qualifying delivery issues confirmed through applicable carrier information.
