1. Where We Ship

MedGen Peptides ships to eligible addresses throughout Canada, subject to carrier availability, destination eligibility, product availability, and any applicable shipping restrictions.

Delivery may be available to:

• Residential addresses throughout eligible Canadian provinces and territories;
• Commercial and institutional addresses;
• Qualified laboratory and research locations;
• Other Canadian destinations supported by the selected carrier.

Certain remote, restricted, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable addresses may not be eligible for all available shipping services.

If an unsupported or incomplete shipping address is submitted, MedGen Peptides may contact the customer to request corrected information before the order is shipped.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or verified and after any applicable inventory, address, security, and order-review requirements have been completed.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will generally begin processing on the next available business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping option does not necessarily accelerate payment verification, internal order review, or warehouse preparation.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

MedGen Peptides uses tracked delivery services for eligible Canadian shipments. Available carrier and delivery options may vary depending on the destination, order size, package requirements, and service availability.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available. Deliveries to remote or limited-service Canadian locations may require additional transit time.

Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific carrier-guaranteed service is expressly identified.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout according to the destination, shipment requirements, and carrier availability.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed separately where required.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After an order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information may be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Tracking information may also be available through the applicable order-status or customer-account area where supported.

Tracking records may require additional time to become active after a shipping label is generated. A “label created” status does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already collected or scanned the shipment.

Carrier tracking systems are managed by third parties. MedGen Peptides cannot control the timing or frequency of tracking updates after a shipment has been dispatched.

6. Packaging and Discretion

MedGen Peptides prepares orders using discreet external packaging designed to protect products during ordinary carrier handling and transportation.

Outer packaging may avoid unnecessary product descriptions or prominent research-product branding.

Product labels, shipping labels, required carrier information, and any legally required documentation or handling markings may still appear where appropriate.

7. Product Handling During Transit

Packaging methods are selected to support product integrity during expected transportation conditions.

Unless specifically stated during checkout or arranged separately in writing, standard shipping does not constitute a guaranteed refrigerated or temperature-controlled cold chain.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, receiving packages promptly, inspecting shipments upon delivery, and storing products according to the applicable product information.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable Canadian shipping address during checkout.

MedGen Peptides is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed deliveries, or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered address information supplied by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping.

9. Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, transportation, sorting, scanning, routing, and final delivery are managed by that carrier.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Carrier transportation and sorting schedules;
• Severe weather or natural events;
• Canadian statutory holidays and weekends;
• Seasonal shipping demand;
• Labour disruptions or carrier service interruptions;
• Remote or limited-service delivery locations;
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• Failed delivery attempts;
• Security or regulatory processing;
• Other circumstances outside our direct control.

A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment.

10. Lost Shipments

Please include your order number, tracking number, delivery address, and a clear explanation of the issue.

MedGen Peptides may need to open or support an investigation with the applicable carrier. Any replacement, reshipment, refund, credit, or alternative resolution may be considered after the tracking history, carrier information, and circumstances have been reviewed.

11. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery. If an order arrives visibly damaged, please contact MedGen Peptides as soon as possible at support@medgenpeptides.com .

Damage claims should include:

• Your order number;
• Your tracking number;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Photographs of the external shipping package;
• Photographs of the shipping label;
• Photographs of the internal packaging;
• Photographs clearly showing the damaged product.

Keep the original packaging, shipping label, internal materials, and affected products while the claim is being reviewed.

12. Delivered but Not Received

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered unless subsequent carrier information confirms that the delivery record was incorrect.

Customers should first check with household members, building reception, property management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, neighbours, secure delivery areas, and the applicable carrier.

MedGen Peptides is generally not responsible for packages lost, removed, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.

13. Returned or Refused Shipments

A shipment may be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, an unclaimed shipment, carrier restrictions, or another delivery issue.

Returned or refused shipments are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Additional shipping or carrier charges may apply before an order can be reviewed for reshipment.
